AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
In-stock items will be dispatched the next business day unless your item needs further attention such as re-sizing. If you have ordered a Bespoke item please contact us for delivery timelines.
Parcels over the value of AUD $500 will need to be signed for. If you are not home Australia Post should leave a card in your mailbox and you will need to collect it from your local post office.
Orders over AUD $15,000 in retail value will be couriered and you will be informed by which company, with a tracking number once the parcel is on it’s way.
All parcels are tracked and insured. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification via e-mail and/or SMS with tracking details.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
A flat rate of AUD $100 is charged for all international orders. Depending on the country the item arrives in, import duties and taxes may be payable. As a recipient, you will be liable for all import duties, taxes and customs fees prior to the goods being released to you. Taxes and customs charges vary depending on each country and the value of the item(s). For more information, please contact your local customs office or visit their website. There are no additional costs for taxes or duties on Australian deliveries.
If the item is over the value of AUD $1,000 and is being sent overseas you should be eligible for a "tax free" sale. In order for you to have Circa AD Jewels refund the tax, for security reasons you will need to provide:

A copy of your current passport or driving licence

A copy of the front side of your credit card being used for this transaction.

Once received and you have informed Circa AD Jewels that the item has arrived, we will then either refund your card or telegraphic transfer the funds into your account within 24 hours of this communication.

The credit card details will then be destroyed while you passport. Driving licence details will be held for 5 years together with all paperwork relating to this transaction as determined by the ATO (Australian Taxation Department).
