In-stock items will be dispatched within 2–5 business days unless your item needs further attention such as re-sizing. If you have ordered a Bespoke item please contact us for delivery timelines.
Parcels over the value of AUD $500 will need to be signed for. If you are not home Australia Post should leave a card in your mailbox and you will need to collect it from your local post office.
Orders over AUD $15,000 in retail value will be couriered and you will be informed by which company, with a tracking number once the parcel is on it’s way.
All parcels are tracked and insured. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification via e-mail and/or SMS with tracking details.
