Talks Club- Animal Jewels & Animals in Art

Join Adrian Dickens, personal jeweller and Kenneth Park, curator and lecturer for two lectures exploring the wonderful world of animal jewellery and animals in art respectively. From symbolism and meanings Adrian's talk looks at many beautiful jewel encrusted animals and their owners! In Kenneth's lecture will explore the theme of animals and their depiction in art. Doors open at 10:30 am and the event will conclude by 12:30 pm. These lectures are being presented in the Majorca Room at the City Library on Flinders Lane in the CBD. Our venue is surrounded by plenty of coffee shops including Brunetti which directly opposite the City Library. You can grab a coffee or something more substantial very easily.
